Ingredients

  • 1 cup sesame seeds (til)
  • 1/2 tbsp ghee
  • 1/2 cup jaggery (gur)
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • a pinch fruit salt

Method

1- Put the sesame seeds in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Keep aside.

2- Put the ghee in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute.

3- Add the jaggery and mix well, add the fruit salt, mix well and microwave on high for 15 seconds.

4- Add the sesame seeds and peanuts, mix well and microwave on high for 15 seconds.

5- Divide it into 15 equal portions and shape each portion into a round ball.

6- Cool completely and store in an air-tight container.
