Store in cool, dry conditions. Icing Sugar is a delicate sugar & may absorb neighbouring flavours and odours, so store the closed pack away from highly flavoured or strong-smelling foods. To avoid clumping and help retain freshness, store granulated sugar in a covered container in a dry environment. Do not refrigerate.
