Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ” piece of dried ginger (adrak)
  • 10 peppercorns
  • brown jaggery (gur)
  • sugar to taste
  • tulsi (Indian basil) leaves
  • 500 ml water

Method

1- Place the pepper corns and and the ginger(smash it a little) together in a vessel with the water to boil on medium flame until the water is reduced to half the level. before removing from the oven add jaggery.

2- sugar and tulsi leaves and remove from the over after 2 minutes. strain and drink while still hot.
