They impart a delicious yet subtle sweetness to coffee, dissolving slowly allowing the full flavour and sweetness of a great coffee to last longer. These extra large chunky crystals are designed to dissolve slowly, leaving behind a thin layer of molasses syrup, balancing the flavour and completing your coffee drinking experience. The slow dissolving nature of these large crystals also provide a super crunchy topping on biscuits, muffins, puddings and ice-cream.
Store in cool, dry conditions. Store in an airtight container. If sugar goes lumpy, leave overnight in a bowl covered with a damp cloth.
