Ingredients

  • 2 raw bananas
  • 1 big ball of jaggery (gur)
  • 1/2 tsp dried ginger powder (soonth) oil for frying
  • 1 cup water
  • a pinch of cardamom (elaichi) powder

Method

1- Peel,wash and wipe out the raw bananas.

2- Cut them into 1 1/2 inch sized pieces.

3- Have thichness of about 5 cms.

4- Fry the raw banana pieces in oil.

5- Mix the jaggery in water until it is diluted.

6- Drain and bring the same to boil and later turn it to a syrup form.

7- Mix the raw banana pieces and stir it every now and then.

8- Remove from flame.

9- Banana jaggery fry is ready.
